Student interns in the University Sleep Disorders Center reap numerous awards for research

Prof. Ahmed Salem Bahmmam, Director of the University Sleep Disorders Center at the Faculty of Medicine of the University, confirmed that the student who are trained at the University Sleep Disorders Centre achieved a number of research awards this year, as they participated with a number of researches in a number of local, regional and global conferences this year. The students participated byeight researches in the GulfThoracic Congress(March 2012) and the research by physician privilege Suhaila Abdullah alshmimr won the Prize for the best second search Conference. Also research by Sarah Egypt award for best student research at the sixth Conference of the Saudi society of Neurosurgery and Neurology held recently in Alkhobar. Student trainees at University Sleep Disorders Center also achieved three research awards in competition research, Faculty of Medicine Department of Internal Medicine, King Saud University (April 2012). Physician Ahmed Al-ogail participating in delivering a research in the forty-seventh Congress of the Canadian Federation of Neurological Sciences (May 2012) which will be held in the city of Ottawa, Canada.
Finally, Prof. Ahmed Salem Bahmmam thanked the Rector and the university administration and management of Faculty of medicine and asked to support the center and encourage the students to participate in scientific research.
